Vegas Profile Makeover Giveaway — Official Terms and Conditions

The Vegas Profile Makeover Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by Wingman Plus Inc. (“Sponsor”).
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Eligibility

This Giveaway is open to all members of Rizz University who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Void where prohibited by law. Employees, contractors, and affiliates of Wingman Plus are not eligible to win.

2. Entry Period

The Giveaway begins on December 7, 2025 and ends on December 19, 2025 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time (“Entry Period”).
Entries submitted after this time will not be considered.

3. How to Enter

To enter the Giveaway, participants must:

  1. Join Rizz University at https://www.skool.com/rizzuniversity

  2. Complete the application form in the pinned post in Rizz University. 

Participants may also invite friends to join Rizz University during the Entry Period.
If an invited friend wins the Giveaway, both the original member and the invited friend will receive a free Profile Makeover Photoshoot in Las Vegas.

No purchase beyond membership is necessary to enter or win.

4. Prize Details

One (1) winner will receive a free Profile Makeover Photoshoot in Las Vegas, Nevada, conducted by the Wingman Plus team.
This includes professional photography and coaching during the session.

If the winner was referred by another Rizz University member, the referring member will also receive a free Profile Makeover Photoshoot.

Winners are responsible for all travel, transportation, and accommodation costs associated with attending the photoshoot.

The approximate retail value is $8,000 USD.
The prize is non-transferable, has no cash value, and may not be substituted or exchanged.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be selected based on merit from all eligible entries and announced within Rizz University on December 20, 2025.
If the winning participant was referred by another active Rizz University member, both individuals will be contacted.
Winners must respond within 7 days to claim their prize. Failure to respond may result in forfeiture, and another winner may be selected.

6. Publicity Release

By entering, participants grant Wingman Plus Inc. permission to use their name, likeness, voice, and testimonials for promotional and marketing purposes related to the Giveaway and Rizz University, without additional compensation.

7. Limitation of Liability

Wingman Plus Inc. and its affiliates are not responsible for:
• Lost, late, or misdirected entries
• Technical malfunctions or network issues
• Personal injuries, accidents, or losses incurred during participation or prize use

Participants agree to release and hold harmless Wingman Plus Inc. from any and all claims arising from participation in this Giveaway or acceptance of the prize.

8. General Conditions

Wingman Plus Inc. reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Giveaway at any time if circumstances beyond its control interfere with its proper conduct.
Any attempt to tamper with or manipulate the Giveaway process will result in disqualification.
